We offer our lines to qualified resellers under the following conditions :
- you can provide a valid sales tax ID number for the state in which you do business
- minimum opening order $200
- minimum order per style (code #) is 4 pcs (this does not mean per color or per size, just 4 pcs total per code #)
- payment by C.O.D. or credit card
- orders shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified (no P.O. Boxes for UPS)
